If electronic means difficult, Zola Blood's electronic pop is certainly more pop than electronic. Granted, it's synth-driven and dark, but most of all the combination of irrestibile hooks and Matt West's pristine voice washes away any notion of introversion. The pop element is also underlined by their desire to make songs rather than tracks.
I'm pretty sure Zola Blood want to be perceived as slightly more edgy than they are in my ears. Tough luck.
