Natasha Khan has this Midas touch, making aural gold of any plain pop song. Which is nice, but potentially confusing. Is it good, or does it just sound good?
A little of both. There are highlights like 'The Hunger' to satisfy anyone longing for a proper single. But the real value of this album is consistency. Like a well crafted piece of furniture.
Maybe not the most exciting of things, but still far better than being dull or flawed.
